These terms apply when you buy or use an AI Racing membership. Please read them before you buy. By completing your purchase you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

A membership gives you access to AI Racing's daily Win, Each Way and Place selections for UK and Irish horse racing, delivered by email for the period you choose (3 months or 12 months) from the date of purchase. Selections are sent on days when there is qualifying racing. We aim to send them in good time before racing begins, but we cannot guarantee delivery times or that every day will have a selection.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a membership. By buying, you confirm you are 18 or over and that betting is legal where you live. You are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout. Each membership is a one-off payment for the period you select. It does not renew automatically, so you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another membership. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. 30-day money back guarantee

If AI Racing isn't right for you, email support@airacing.uk within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full. We will not ask you to justify the request.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method. Your bank may take several working days to show the money. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.

5. Your right to cancel (digital content)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because a membership is digital content that we begin to supply straight away, you agree at checkout that we may start the service immediately and that you will lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right once delivery begins. This does not affect the 30-day money back guarantee in section 4, which you can use instead.

6. No guarantee of results

• Selections are the output of an analytical system. They are opinions and information, not advice that you should place any particular bet.
• Results shown on this website, including the average of 57.4 points profit per month over 14 months, are historical. They are based on level stakes to advised prices and do not take account of differences in the odds you can get, bookmaker limits or restrictions on your account.
• Examples of winning bets and member testimonials are illustrative. They do not show what every member will achieve, and you may lose money.
• You decide what, whether and how much to bet. You are fully responsible for your own betting decisions.

7. Responsible gambling

Gambling should be fun and never a way to make a living or recover losses. Set limits you can afford and stick to them. If gambling is causing you or someone you know harm, free and confidential help is available from BeGambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. You can block gambling sites and apps through GAMSTOP.

8. Using your membership

Your membership is for your personal use only. You must not:

• share, forward, copy, resell or publish the selections or emails, in whole or in part;
• use them to run or promote a tipping or betting service; or
• try to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

If you break this section, we may end your membership without a refund. All content, branding and analysis remains our intellectual property.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Technology can fail, data sources can change, and AI systems can be wrong. We may change or improve how the system works. If we are unable to provide the service for a significant period, we will offer a fair extension of your membership or a refund for the time lost.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for any betting losses you suffer, or for any indirect or consequential loss. This includes loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with a membership is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Complaints

If something goes wrong, email support@airacing.uk and we will do our best to put it right. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that applied when you bought your membership will continue to apply to that membership, unless a change is required by law or is clearly in your favour.

14. General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about your membership. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
